MARY BARTOLINI Obituary



MARY LOUISA BARTOLINI (NEE FIDANI) Quietly at her home on Tuesday, January 6, 2004. Mary, beloved wife of the late William. Loving mother of Michael and his wife Janet, Stephan and his wife Elaine, and of the late Carla Linda. She will be missed by her grandchildren Marcus, Michaela, Tara Lynn and Alana. Dear sister of Eddie Fidani and his wife Lucy and of the late Rinaldo Fidani Jr. and the late Orey Fidani Sr. and his wife Mary. Mary showed her support for her community where she served on the Board of Directors of Northwestern Hospital, Harold and Grace Baker Centre, Baker Centre Foundation, Humber River Regional Hospital, and Leonardo Da Vinci Academy (Past Chairman). She was also the first president of the Ladies Auxiliary of Villa Colombo Home for the Aged. Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, Woodbridge Chapel 4671 Highway #7 (west of Pine Valley), Woodbridge, (905) 851-9100, on Thursday, January 8, 2004 from 2-9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 3055 Bloor Street West, Etobicoke, just west of Royal York Road, on Friday, January 9, 2004 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery, 305 Erskine Avenue. If desired in lieu of flowers donations can be made to Villa Colombo Home for the Aged, 40 Playfair Avenue, Toronto, Ontario M6B 2P9, or to one of the many organizations Mary supported. The family wishes to thank Mary's caregivers, doctors, hospitals, clergy and many special friends. Condolences may be sent to [email protected].
