Mary CLEGG Obituary
MARY ELEANOR CLEGG (nee ROSEVEAR) Mary passed away peacefully, at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital (OTMH), on May 20, 2021. Daughter of the late Alfred Rosevear, QC and Dorothy (Mathias) Rosevear. Beloved mother of Andrea (Cheryl) and Deborah (Jeff). Predeceased by her son, Graham and her sister, Anne Shirley Lafond. Grandmother of Hanna and Aiden Crook of North Vancouver. Mary will be dearly missed by family and her many friends. Deep appreciation is extended to the caring staff at OTMH and Credit Valley Hospital for providing exceptional care to Mary during her final months. The family would like to offer their sincere gratitude to the many friends whom Mary held dear. There will be a private celebration of life and in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Oakville Humane Society or the Conservation Halton Foundation.

My husband, Gordon and I, spent an afternoon with Mary last Summer and were totally shocked to find her obit in today’s Globe & Mail.
Gordon joins me in extending our deepest condolences to Mary’s family & close friends for her loss.
