Bardsley, R. Michael
R. Michael Bardsley Sr. of Fredericton died peacefully on January 11, 2017 after a brief illness. He is survived by his wife, Mary Kennedy Bardsley of 45 years; his mother, Irene Collins Bardsley of Rocmaura; his daughter, Jennifer Bardsley (Christopher P. Keefe); his sons, R. Michael Bardsley Jr. (Michelle Peach), T. Patrick Bardsley (Barbara Stanley), Mark C. Bardsley, and J. Alexander Bardsley; his brothers, David C. Bardsley and Peter C. Bardsley (Kim Hunter); and his four grandchildren, James, Elizabeth, Anne Charlotte and Declan. He is predeceased by his grandson, William Michael Bardsley and his father, Robert D. Bardsley.

Visitation will be held at McAdams Funeral Home in Fredericton, New Brunswick on Saturday, January 14, 2017 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. and on Sunday, January 15, 2017 from 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Dunstan's Catholic Church on Monday, January 16, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Rev Bill Brennan as Celebrant. Interment will be in the Hermitage Cemetery at a later date.
