TURKO, Michael (Mike)
It is with deep sadness the family of Michael Turko announce his passing at St. Michael's Hospital on August 6, 2007. Born on November 21, 1922 in Nepewa, Manitoba. Beloved husband of Marie. Loving father of Evon, Cathy, and Paula and Cathy's husband Peter. Dear grandfather of Daniel and Thomas.
Friends are invited to attend Panachida on Thursday evening at 7:30 p.m. in St. Elias Ukrainian Catholic Church, (Highway 7 and Heritage Rd.), Brampton. Funeral Service will be held in the Church on Friday at 11 a.m. followed by interment in the Parish Cemetery.
The family would like to thank the St. Elizabeth nurses, Ruth Ann and Leslie for their care and concern over the past many months.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Elias Church Building Fund or the charity of your choice.
