MICHAEL MARLATT WEST On November 23, 2004 at the Toronto Western Hospital in his 78th year after a brief illness. His wish was to be cremated and no funeral ser vice to be held. A celebration of Mike's life will take place at a later date. 'I'm not listing sur vivors. They know whom they are and that I love them. Enjoyed living ­ sorry to leave'.
