MIMI MEREDITH

(née Drouin) (February 8, 1935 – October 28, 2025) With deep sadness we share that Mimi passed away peacefully in Ottawa on October 28, 2025, surrounded by family. Mimi leaves behind her beloved husband of 68 years, Harry, their five children - Jeanne, John, Michael, Pierre and Louise - and respective spouses, as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mimi's creativity and artistic spirit enriched the large, lively family she and Harry built together. She was much admired for her culinary and gardening talents, and her beautiful pottery and quilts continue to fill our homes with her spirit. Mimi will be dearly missed. A private Celebration of Life will be arranged at a later date. Those who wish to honor Mimi's memory are invited to make a donation to organizations that support dementia research and related care programs.
