Peacefully at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, on Thursday, August 1, 2002. Monica Flynn, in her 81st year, beloved wife of Alexander Paton of Barrie. Loving mother to son Tony and his wife Debbie and daughter Judy. Predeceased by children Susan, Robert and by her sister Joyce Ridley. Sadly missed by grand children Lisa, Rebekah, Angela O'Link, Christopher, Ruby, Heather, Cathy and five great grandchildren. Dear sister of Owen (Ozzie) Flynn and his wife May. Missed by nieces Catharine Marley and her husband Paul, Louise Smith and her husband Michael and Barbara Flynn and her husband Buzz Carroll. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's Church, 65 Amelia Street, Barrie on Wednesday, August 7 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Royal Victoria Hospital Foundation through the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie.
