Dear Picov Family,
We only just heard of Norm's passing and are truly sorry that we were not able to attend the funeral.
Our mom and dad were great friends of both Norm and Linda and if my parents were alive I know they would have been so sad to hear of Norm's passing. My sister and I also spent many great times with your parents and will always remember their sincerity and friendship, not only to my parents but to us as well. We wish you our sincerest condolences and share your sorrow.

My deepest condolences and sympathy to the Picov family on the passing of Norm. We often disagreed on issues affecting the Town but he was always straightforward and a pleasure to do business with. He made many significant contributions to Ajax not the least of which is the race track and casino at what I will always call " Picov Downs ".

Dear Picov Family. My deepest condolences at this time of sorrow. I have very fond memories of working with Norm over many years during my time as Director of Planning and Development in Ajax. He was a person of integrity that was always true to his word. A hand shake on a agreement with Norm was better that any written document. May he rest in peace. He will always be remembered.
