(October 12, 2025) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Norman Keith Warnes on October 12, 2025. Born April 27, 1927, Keith was a beloved husband, father, stepfather, and grandfather. He was known for his warmth, outgoing good cheer and incredible culinary skills. After a successful career in business that took him from Toronto to Vancouver, he retired to the Kootenay Lake region and then moved on to the Okanagan Valley. He is survived by his loving wife, Alice Warnes; daughter, Wendy Warnes; son, Charles Warnes; stepdaughter, Lisa Cline; and grandsons, Ryan Lisney and Henry Elliott-Warnes. Keith will be deeply missed by all who knew him and remembered fondly for the compassion and dedication he showed throughout his life. A memorial will be held in the spring at Trinity United Church in Vernon, BC. The family kindly requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to a The
Cancer Society.
