ELLIOTT, Owen F.
With great sadness, we mark the passing of Owen F. Elliott. He died on December 4, 2000, peacefully, at home, surrounded by the love of his family. Retired Vice President of Dow Chemical Canada and founder of Elliott Polymers. Owen was a man respected by his peers and greatly loved by his family. He was a chemical engineer, avid golfer, and dedicated horse racing fan. Above all, he was an honourable man, a loving husband to Geri for 50 years, devoted father and caring grandfather. He will be deeply missed by his many, many friends and his entire family
daughters Karen and her husband John Schaw, Kathy Elliott and son Robert and his wife Kim, grandchildren Laura and Christine Schaw. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas Street West, Etobicoke (between Islington and Kipling Avenues), from 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, and 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. on Thursday. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, December 8, 2000 at 1 o'clock, followed by cremation.
