BAKKER, Patricia (Patty)
nee Moore
Passed away peacefully on Monday,
November 28, 2016, at Ross
Memorial Hospital, Lindsay, in her
74th year. Patty was the beloved
wife of G. Wouter Bakker for 51
years. Loving mother of Suzanne
Ware and her husband, John;
Elizabeth Luimes and her husband,
David; and Gregory Bakker and his
wife, Aleta. Nana to Mason Ware,
Madeline Ware, Griffin Bakker, Ivy
Bakker, and Nathan Luimes. Dear
sister of Christina Lloyd and her
husband, Griff. Greatly missed by her
nieces and nephews. A special thank
you to Dr. Wilkins and the staff of
Peterborough Regional Health Centre
and Dr. Francis and Dr. Khan and the
staff of Ross Memorial Hospital,
Lindsay. A celebration of Patty's life
will take place at JARDINE FUNERAL
HOME, CREMATION & TRIBUTE
CENTRE, 8 Princes' St. West, Fenelon
Falls, on Saturday, December 17,
2016 at 1:30 p.m. with reception to
follow at the funeral home. In lieu of
