Patricia Pope, of Lakefield, passed away peacefully in her 94th year at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, on Monday, September 22, 2025. She is loved and missed by her children, David Hadden (Susan), Susan Allen (Drew), Robert Pope (Marilyn), Cindy Bruce (John), John Pope; her grandchildren, Heather, Katie, Haddy, Derek (DJ), Jamie, Michael, Max, Alexandra, Alexander, Tessa, Catherine; and her 10 great-grandchildren. Pat's generosity supported a new life in Canada for Tin Mar Win along with her husband, son, and their daughter, named after Pat. Pat lived her lengthy life with passion, purpose, and authenticity. She was many things: dedicated Baptist, generous volunteer, foster parent, step parent, animal lover (she loved her dogs), proud descendant of Scots (waste not, want not). She loved travel, the sunsets at Sparrow Lake, her Bible, and her pre-dinner rum and coke. She was a character and could be impetuous, "cheeky," quick to laugh, and the life of a party. Finding great strength in her faith, she was confident in knowing where she was going. Predeceased by her husbands, Fred Hadden and Jack Pope; and sisters, Jackie Gooderham (Dean) and Betty Kaliciak (Frank). A private family service has taken place. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Lakefield Baptist Church or Lakefield Youth Unlimited by contacting the Hendren Funeral Homes, Lakefield Chapel, 66 Queen Street, Lakefield, at
