PATRICK LYONS

We're heartbroken to share that Patrick J. Lyons, of Toronto, passed away on December 24, 2025, at the age of 86, after a sudden illness. Patrick was a devoted and inspiring dad to Suzanne (Perry) and Gordon; and a proud Grandpa to Andrew, Quentin (Sara), and Joel (Charlotte). He was thrilled to be Great-Grandpa to little Lucy and Charlie. He also cherished his stepchildren, Chris (Dana), Kathleen (Mike), and Cary (Dana); and their children Cameron, Siobhan, Mara, Connor, and Duncan; as well as Perry's daughter, Stephanie. In Glasgow, Scotland, his siblings, Mary, Eddie, and Anne are mourning the loss of their big brother from afar. Patrick touched so many lives and will be remembered with love, laughter, and countless fond memories by his family and friends. A visitation and memorial service will be held on January 18th at 1:00 p.m. at: McDougall and Brown Funeral Home – Scarborough Chapel, 2900 Kingston Rd., Scarborough, ON M1M 1N5. In lieu of flowers, donations to Sunnybrook Hospital Palliative Care Unit in Patrick's memory would mean a lot.
