On February 27, 1998, in his 48th year. Son of the late John B. and Catherine Birkett. Dear brother of Michael (Hilda). Beloved uncle of Lisa Ersil and Anita Brooks. Paul will be greatly missed by his many friends. He was admired by colleagues and respected by his students at Lawrence Park Collegiate and previously at Harbord Collegiate. Private service. A celebration of Paul's life will be held later, date to be announced. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of ones choice.
