PAUL DEVLIN Obituary
(September 9, 1945 – February 20, 2026) Paul Stephen Devlin passed away peacefully, on February 20, 2026, at Credit Valley Hospital, holding his daughter's hand. His health had been declining, but he was able to remain at home, cared for with great love by his wife, Beverley, his son, Patrick, and Patrick's wife, Leslie. Born to Lois Veronica Mullins and Wilfrid Stephen Devlin, Paul grew up in Snowdon, Montreal, with his younger brother, John. He met Beverley Parker at 15, married her on March 8, 1969, and together they raised Kimberley and Patrick. In 1977, they moved to Toronto/Mississauga, remaining in the same home ever since. He was a cum laude graduate of Loyola College and built a successful career in investment banking. In retirement, he was happiest listening to music on the front porch. A lifelong Canadiens fan, he loved sports, had a remarkable memory, and was a big car lover. Funny, kind, smart, and determined, Paul will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends, especially his wife of 57 years, Beverley; his daughter, Kimberley, her husband, John, and their boys, Henry, Euan and William; his son Patrick, his wife, Leslie, and children, Noah and Jesse. "Stay handsome!" Many thanks to the doctors and nurses at Credit Valley Hospital for their kind and compassionate care. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
