On Sunday, August 6, 2017 at home peacefully. Beloved husband of the late Sylvia. Loving father and father- in-law of Marsha and Howard Halpern, Paul Stein and Beth Weingarden, and Bernie Stein. Devoted grandfather of Aaron, Michael, Jeffrey, Mitchell and Evan. Phil will be lovingly remembered by Dorothy and Hy Fish and family, Cori Halpern, Bryan Tenenhouse, and Kate and James, Meredith Halpern, Jonathan Wyman, and Noa and Ezri. Special thanks to all his devoted caregivers. We will all miss him deeply and mourn his loss.
