MURPHY, Rae – The family announces the passing of Rae on Sunday, March 6, 2011 at the Trillium Health Centre. Survived by his loving wife Elsie of 54 years. Cherished by his son Mike and his wife Audry. Proud papa of Mark, Samantha, and Brandon. Dear brother of Maryann Murphy and Bill Murphy. A special thank you to Dr. Mehmi for the care and compassion she showed to Rae throughout the years. The family would also like to extend their gratitude to all of the staff of the Trillium Health Centre for their kindness and support during his stay. A Private Family Memorial has been held. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Arthritis Society or the Trillium Health Centre.
