Raymond Do Rosario Lobo Obituary

Raymond Heitor Do Rosario Lobo passed away suddenly on November 26, 2024, surrounded by his loving family at the age of 71 in Hamilton, Ontario. Raymond, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, brother-in-law, and friend, had many passions including running, sailing, live music, travelling, movies, reading, and photography. His friendly nature, love of debate, and vast knowledge allowed him to easily converse with anyone he met. Anyone chatting with Raymond would always walk away more knowledgeable. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Maureen; their children, Christopher (Chenthila), Colin (Jermaine), and Carol-Anne; his siblings, Osmond (Sucheta), Rosalind (Euclid), Edmund (Lydia), Cheryl (Abel), Francesca; and granddaughter, Luna. He has been reunited with his beloved parents, Maria Bertha and Joseph Lobo in Heaven. Resting at Markey-Dermody Funeral Home, 1774 King Street East, Hamilton for visitation on Thursday, December 5, 2024, from 6-8 p.m. Vigil prayers will be held at 6 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Ann Roman Catholic Church, 120 Sherman Avenue North, Hamilton on Friday, December 6th at 10 a.m. A livestream of the funeral mass will be available at https://bit.ly/3f17JJs. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Burlington.

We were sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Lobo. Our daughters attended school together, which is how we met. Condolences to his family and friends.
