Regina Kazlauskas, employee at the Globe and Mail for over 30 years, passed away peacefully, at Glen Hill Strathaven Home, Bowmanville, on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, in her 97th year. Regina of Midland, beloved wife of the late Robert Kazlauskas for 63 years. Predeceased by brother, Bruce Gylys. Will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews and extended family members. The family will receive friends at the Nicholls Funeral Home, 330 Midland Avenue, Midland, on Wednesday, December 4th, between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. Memorial service will follow in our chapel. If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.

Reg was a great friend of ours. When she still lived at home and Bob her husband qas still a live, we had many weekly visits and we played cards. Anytime they had appointments they would Don or myself to take them. They never had children and if I would sit with Reg while out and about Reg had no problem to tell others that I was her daughter. She lived with us for awhile while in transitions from her niece home to the Bayfield House in Penetanguishene. She would laugh and say ...why do I want to move from here as I am treated like a Queen and meals are always on time lol.

She loved life and missed her Bob terribly after he passed.

I knew she had moved but had no way of finding out where she went to.

Miss you Reg and may you "Rest In Paridice" with Bob
