Richard (Dick) Blake Ballentine
Richard (Dick) Blake Ballentine April 3, 1934 - October 6, 2010 Richard Blake Ballentine - former broadcaster, producer and publisher, passed away October 6, 2010 at Mt. Sinai Hospital after a brief battle with cancer. He is predeceased by his third daughter Karen and is remembered by his wife Denise Ballentine, his daughters from a previous marriage Leslie (Alan), Maureen (David) and Michelle (Matt) and his grandchildren Kailin, Mallory and Cameron. Cremation has taken place. Dick will be honoured along with his daughter Karen at a reception on Sun. Oct. 24 in Toronto. Those wishing to attend are asked to RSVP at:
