Richard BISSONNETTE Obituary

RICHARD BISSONNETTE Richard Bissonnette passed away peacefully at home on March 14, 2023 at the age of 76 years. Loving husband for nearly 50 years to Diana (née White); beloved father to Tiffany and Ashley, dear brother of Norman (Johanne) and the late Michael (Christiane), and fondly remembered by his nieces and nephew: Karine, Jennifer and Matthew. He will be missed by his many friends in the insurance industry and at the Bronte Harbour Yacht Club where he was an active member for decades, culminating as Commodore. He will also be missed by his many four-legged friends to whom he was known as the Cookie Man. A celebration of life will take place with family and friends in the summer. The Bissonnette family would like to thank OTMH and his health team for their excellent care. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the OTMH Cancer Care Clinic will be appreciated.

Something made me think of my dear pal from Brussels to many stops in Europe so I google him to find that he has left us. Diana: not sure you will see this after these years but want to you to know how much I loved you both and although it was not often that I thought of him, he was always somewhere in my mind.
