SPURR, Richard
Peacefully at his home in Rosemont, on Thursday, July 30, 1998. Richard Spurr, in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Ruby Corcoran of Rosemont. Loved father of Rosemary and Paul Mayhew of Queensville and Stephanie and John Bell of Thornhill. Loved grandfather of Brendan and Alexander Mayhew. Rested at the W. John Thomas Funeral Home, 244 Victoria St. E., Alliston on Monday, August 3 from 2-4:30 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service was held at Trinity Centennial United Church, Rosemont (Hwy. 89, W. of Alliston) on Tuesday, August 4th at 11:00 a.m. Private family interment. If so desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
