ROBERT BROAD "Bob" October 29, 1933- September 15, 2022 A life lived with love and happiness..... Bob will be greatly missed by his family that he dearly loved. His children, Ian (Shields), Warren (Karen), step-daughter Jennifer (Richard) Walker; niece, Laura (Hubert) Lai; nephew, Greg Wright; sister-in-law, Martha Denton; and the love of his life, Christie. Bob loved his grandchildren and was so proud of them - Dylan Broad, Robin and Samantha Walker. Bob was predeceased by his parents, Ralph and Muriel Broad; his son, David and sister Carole Ann Wright (Broad). Bob had a tireless work ethic which contributed to a successful career. His family learned from his example that to love and support one's family, is the greatest gift. As Bob wished there will be a family interment, at a later date. The family wishes to express their thanks and appreciation to the Palliative Care team of doctors and nurses at Ross Memorial for their wonderful care. If you wish, donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit, Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay, ON or a Charity of Your Choice.

Dear Christie,
Bryan and I send our heartfelt sympathy and remember the many nice times we Canucks had over drinks at 2121 Gufshore. Bob was amazing, playing tennis and golf for years, no doubt a beneficiary of your excellent care. He had a great sense of humor and was excellent company. My Bryan is 94, was in a bad acciden and lost his license, still golfs after a fashion but mobility is quite limited, so
I am quite worn out and our life has changed. I would love to drop you a line, wondering if you will stay at the Royal Palm. We are remembering Bob and you with great fondness. Hugs, Gudrun and Bryan
