FERGUSON, Robert Norman
In his 84th year, at Scarborough Grace General Hospital, on 26 December after a long struggle with cancer. During his illness he showed good humour and extraordinary courage and dignity to the end. His family mourns his passing but celebrates his life. Thanks to his wonderful way with people, Norm Ferguson will be warmly remembered by many members of the community including his many friends and business colleagues. He is survived by his wife of 60 years Kathleen (nee Cadwell), his children Bob, Joan and David and their spouses Lena Meurling, Murray Pearson and Kristin Ferguson. He is especially mourned by grandchildren Anne and Thomas Ferguson, Jennifer and Geoffrey Howard, Jessica Morden and Tory and Alexander Ferguson, and Andrew and Christina Pearson. He will also be missed by his older brother David, niece Kay and nephews Raymond and Norman. Friends may call at the Morley Bedford Funeral Home, 159 Eglinton Avenue West (2 lights west of Yonge Street), on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Wednesday at 10 o'clock.
