Robert FRANKLIN Memoriam

Robert M. Franklin January 6, 1947 - February 20, 2020 Rob always joked that his (unwritten) memoir would be titled, You'll Miss Me When I'm Gone. As it turns out, he was spot on. We've missed him more than we could imagine this past year - a year in which his humour, steadfastness and cheerful optimism would have brought comfort to so many. He was a pillar of support, a family man through and through, and a true embodiment of leading by example. Rob would enjoy that his birthday will go down in history with the event that unfolded this year, in what he called "the Excited States of America." The world lost one of the good ones when he died, and we all miss him.
