ROBERT KINGSWOOD HAMMILL

1944 - 2025 It is with heavy hearts we announce the death of Robert "Bob" Hammill. He passed peacefully, surrounded by family. Bob was loving husband to Josée; father to Jonathan (Laura) and Christopher (Nicole); and beloved grandad to Maddie, Cam, Mackenzie, and Tobin. Bob was a kind and generous man, who always put others before himself. Devoted to his family, he worked tirelessly to support them all in any way he could. With family and friends, he shared his love of athletics and nature. He was always ready for a game, be it golf, snooker, tennis, or chess. He always had time for fishing for rock bass off the dock with his sons. He will be remembered for his sharp wit, quiet determination, and boundless concern for those he loved. He will be deeply and sorely missed. A celebration of Life will be held on Monday, June 23rd, from 3 to 5 p.m. at Lambton Golf and Country Club, 100 Scarlett Rd., York. Family and friends will be sharing memories of Bob at 3:30 p.m., which will be livestreamed at ipickart.com/stream/BobHammill/.
