Bob was a member of our Canadian chapter of the National Cartoonists Society and a regular at our get-togethers. He was always a welcome sight to see. A very charming and lovely man and so friendly. And so full of cartooning information! The last time we met was at the last Toronto Comic Arts Festival before Covid. I'll miss running into him at cartooning events. Please accept my sincere condolences. -Sandra Bell-Lundy

Bobs family and ours spent wonderful times together during my youth. When we moved to Hudson Quebec it was during New Years that the Kains, Currens, and Siroishkas would have our annual gathering that I still cherish as some of my best youth memories. Bob was always so interested and involved with the kids and always always smiling.
The picture is exactly how I remember him.
Even though we lost touch over the years, I thought of him and his family often with extremely found memories.
As I do now during this difficult time. My sincere condolences to all his family and friends.
