Robert PARNELL

ROBERT JOHN PARNELL Born February 23, 1962 in Bromborough, England. Died suddenly on June 17, 2018 in his home in Malta. Survived by his loving sons, James (Los Angeles) and Tom Parnell (Toronto); sister, Ann (Robert Capstick, Carlisle); brothers, Clifford (Patricia, Wirral) and Andrew (Bromborough); and nieces, Lisa Langley, Julia, Hanna and Charlotte Capstick. Robert obtained a BSc in Physics from King's College London (England), an MBA from the Ivey Business School (Canada) and a law degree from the University of London (England). He developed the first market-neutral trust fund on the Toronto Stock Exchange while working at Newcastle Capital Management before starting his own venture, Tremont Investment Management Inc. Later, he moved to Malta and founded Settlement Analytics. A mathematical whiz, creative entrepreneur, friend, mentor, avid movie watcher and pilot in his spare time, he will be sadly missed. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service on September 3, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Landican Cemetery and Crematorium Arrowe Park Road Woodchurch Wirral England CH49 5LW.
