Ron NG

Ron passed away at home, on May 28, 2024, following a brief illness. He will be deeply missed by his devoted wife, Susan Reusch, and her parents and family, his cousin Cecilia Chu and family, his brother David Wu and family, as well as his beloved furry companions, Reggie and Riley. Ron was preceded in death by his loving parents, Dr. Carmen Kong and Dr. Chen Wu. Throughout his life, Ron found great joy and fulfillment in his successful career as a photographer, capturing the essence of our city, it's public transit, and the cherished moments of his friends' lives. His lens immortalized countless memories, including a Stanley Cup celebration. An accomplished athlete, Ron was a cornerstone of many hockey teams, notably dedicating 30 years, to the Weston arena hockey league. His passion for sports, extended to the greens, where he excelled as an avid golfer. Ron's dedication to both work and play endeared him to a wide circle of friends and colleagues, all of whom will deeply mourn his passing. Sue and Ron's family, wish to invite his many friends to celebrate Ron at the Morley Bedford Funeral Home, 159 Eglinton Ave. West (two stoplights west of Yonge St.) on Thursday, June 13th from 4-7 p.m. Some memories to be shared at 6 p.m. Private Interment, York Cemetery.
