RONALD WALLACE KIMBER March 8, 1933 - June 22, 2023 Ron died peacefully in the company of his family. He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 52 years, Elizabeth (Liz) Kimber, and is survived by his cherished children Timothy Kimber and Jean (Greg) Howard and grandchildren James, David and Matthew. He was also predeceased by his sister Doreen (George) Demierre and is survived by his sister Kim (late Jack) Naish. Ron was born and raised in St. Catharines, Ontario, where he met and married Liz. Inspired by Dr. Cecil Shaver (Liz's father), Ron became a medical doctor and specialist in Internal Medicine, practicing at Victoria Hospital in London and later at the Regional Hospital in Owen Sound. Ron was a skilled and caring doctor for over 40 years. He was foremost a wonderful and devoted family man, as well as a great friend to many. He shared with them his many interests, including golf, skiing, sailing, woodworking, music and travel. Shortly after Liz's passing in 2012, Ron moved to Toronto to be closer to family. They will always cherish this time spent with Ron during that final chapter of his life.
