Ronald KNIGHT Obituary



KNIGHT, Ronald E.
Passed peacefully away November 23, 2000, after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's. Born and raised in Toronto, from 1942-45 he served with the British Columbia Regiment. A graduate of the University of Toronto, he spent 30 years as a Secondary School History and Geography Teacher, in several municipalities in Ontario, primarily Sault Ste. Marie. Beloved father of Alan Knight of Sundridge and his wife Teresa (Kirkham), Keith Knight of Toronto and his wife Jenifer McCullough, and Shelley and Tim Mathers of Tillsonburg. Grandfather of Kantlee Knight and Daniel and Melissa Mathers. He is predeceased by his wife Edna Butterfield. Many thanks to the staff at Easthome in Powassan. Memorial service to follow at a later date.
