On Thursday, July 16, 1998, at Hotel Dieu Hospital, St. Catharines, in his 75th year, after a courageous fight with cancer borne with great dignity and patience. Beloved husband of Anne of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Loving father of Sally, Gillian, Mary and William. Grandfather of Sorcha, Rowan and Celeste. Private family gathering was followed by cremation. A memorial celebration will be held at a later date. Those who wish may make a donation to the Hotel Dieu Palliative Care Unit.
