WELCH, Rosalind (nee Wharton)
Beloved wife, loving mother, loyal friend. Peacefully on Friday, April 19, 2002 at Briar Crest, in her 91st year. Beloved wife of 54 years, to the late Archie Welch. Rosalind is survived by her daughter Susan and husband Colin Bird and her son John and his wife Anne (nee Kemp) Welch. Dear grandmother of Jennifer Whitfield, Jamie Bird, Tony and Alex Welch and step grandmother to Heather Bird. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A. W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, April 22nd. Service in the Chapel on Tuesday, April 23rd at 1 o'clock. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 1920 Yonge Street, 4th floor, Toronto, M4S 3E2 or the Sunnybrook Hospital Foundation, 2075 Bayview Avenue, Toronto, M4N 3M5 would be appreciated.
