On Wednesday December 10, 2008 at her home. Rose Slan, beloved wife of the late Robert Slan. Loving and proud mother and mother- in-law of Joel and Adrienne, Gerald and Judy, Paul, and Michael and Miriam. Dear sister and sister- in-law of Rose and the late Harry Maitman, Feigi and the late Frank Maitman, and the late Sam Maitman and Sally Lennett. Devoted grandmother of Bethann and Rob Levinson, Lisa and Howard Cohen, David and Lesley Slan, Peter and Neri Slan, Hannah and Jon Graff, Meghan and David Levine, Jessica and Steven Ungerman, Luke Slan, Rebecca Slan and Craig Jerusalim, Jacob Slan, and Naomi Slan. Devoted great-grandmother of Mathew, Jonathan, Rebecca, Aaron, Lorne, Evan, Benjamin, Rachel, Joshua, Adam, Lily and Sophie. Fondly remembered by Valerie Elmido, and Mita Santos. At Holy Blossom Temple, 1950 Bathurst St., south of Eglinton, for service on Thursday December 11th at 10:00am. Interment in the Holy Blossom Section of Pardes Shalom Cemetery. Shiva 240 Heath St. W.
