SALVATORE 'SAM' GAETANO Suddenly, on Thursday, April 7, 2005 at the age of 40 years. Beloved husband of Leslie-Ann. Dear father of Alexander, Christian, Jenna and Jessica. Loving son of Salvatore and Carmela, and brother of Maria Gaetano. Sam will be lovingly remembered by many relatives and friends. Sam's passion was playing soccer and was also very active in minor sports including coaching his children's hockey and soccer teams. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2005 at 11 a.m, at St. Martin in the Field Anglican Church, 151 Glenlake Ave., Toronto (at Indian Grove). Cemetery to be announced. For those who wish, donations in memory of Sam may be made to the Gaetano Children's Education Trust Fund.
