I just heard the news last night regarding passing of Sanjeev when I was talking to a friend regarding a nice place to eat Indian food in Richmondhill. I was shocked. I am very saddened to hear of his passing. Prayers and fond memories are what we have to remember our dearly departed. My most heartfelt condolences.

A good soul, I remember the first time I spoke to him in 1997. Have been visiting the HOST ever since. Good people are wanted everywhere. Peace and strength to his family to bear this irreparable and irreplaceable loss.
The best tribute is to carry on the work he started, and pay back to society in his name.
Peace: Rajiv and Anu, Toronto.

I only heard the news today and am very saddened to hear of his passing. I was first acquainted with Sanjeev when he came to Canada.
I had the pleasure to work with him and his Uncle in a fine Indian cuisine on Bay Street.
Although I spent a few years away in Europe and pursuing my own dreams, my husband and I recently met again with him at the Host in Mississauga.
A Kind, soft Spoken and most generous person I ever met. I never New Sanjeev to use pen and paper when taking orders....even for a party of 30 guests ( back in the early days) I never k ew anyone with such a memory!
Our thoughts and prayers to all his family!

We are sorry for your loss Sethi family.
Mr. Sanjeev will always have a special place in our hearts, he specifically curated with me a special menu for our wedding reception.
He had met with me in the very early morning on a Saturday to create the menu. The night prior he was up late as he delivered a special dinner for the PM. That still did not stop him for being so full of ideas, passion and creation when we sat down to discuss what should be served.
We were very blessed to have him create such an innovative menu for our special day. It truly was because of him.
Thank you, Mr. Sanjeev, you made the Toronto Indian food scene what it is.
