SHEILA SCOTT (NEE MACIVER) FORMER DEAN OF WOMEN MCMASTER UNIVERSITY Peacefully, surrounded by family, at McMaster University Medical Centre, Hamilton, on September 30, 2005. Daughter of the late Reverend Angus and Harriett MacIver. Predeceased by her husband Dr. Frank Moore Scott, her sister Kay MacIver and her grandson Matthew. Dearly loved mother of Rosemary Vezina (Maurice), Martha Law (Warren), Dr. Peter Scott and Ian Scott (Janet). Cherished grandmother of Allison, Sylvia, Calum, Michaela, Elizabeth and Jonathan. Dear G.G. of Grant, Noah and Gillian. Mrs. Scott was involved in the creation of the Children's Museum of Hamilton, the Daycare Centre at McMaster (The Sheila Scott House) and the Fieldcote Museum in Ancaster. She was an active member of many other organizations. No visitation. Funeral Service will be held at Central Presbyterian Church, 165 Charlton Avenue West (at Caroline St. S.) Hamilton on Monday, October 3 at 11 a.m. Reception to follow. Private interment. Donations in Sheila's memory may be made to the Sheila Scott Scholarship in English, McMaster University or to Central Presbyterian Church.
