SHERRI LEE WOOD For the past year, Sherri Wood fought brain cancer with amazing courage and grace. She passed away peacefully, with her family and friends close by, on Monday, March 24, 2008. She will be sadly missed by her mother Debbie, her two Dads, Reno and John, sister Kayla and brother Austin and Aunt Lori. Special thanks and gratitude to her close friends Aaron, Brigid, Lisa and Martina. At the young age of 28, Sherri was a wise and beautiful soul who left us too soon. She will be greatly missed as we cherish and celebrate the life she lived so well. Sincere thanks to the wonderful staff at St. Michael's Palliative Care, Nestle Canada and the Toronto Sun. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W. (at Windermere, east of Jane subway) on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service for family members and close friends will be held in the chapel on Monday, March 31, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation. In lieu of flowers and gifts, a trust fund will be set up in memory of Sherri.
