SHIRLEY POMERANTZ (née Dalfen) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Shirley on Wednesday, December 9, 2020, in Toronto, Ontario. Loving wife of the late Dr. Zvy Pomerantz for sixty-nine years. Devoted mother of Bonnie (Stuart) Rosenberg, Susan (George) Weinberger and Shelley (Michael) Williams. Cherished Bubbe of Marla (Brad) Gornstein, David (Danielle) Rosenberg, James Weinberger (Jenna Scott), Rachel Williams (Dan Mongeon) Sophie Williams and four great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers, Arnold (Molly) Dalfen, Mendy (Rosalie) Dalfen; and her sister-in-law, Claire Dalfen; in addition to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Miriam and Sam Dalfen; her sister and brother-in-law, Hilda and Joe Gerchicoff; as well as her brother, Bunny Dalfen. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, a private graveside service with take place in Montreal. Shiva strictly private.
