Death is a part of life and while very sad, we shall always remember Shona and her zest for a life that was worth living; her amazing strength, love of family, friends and animals will never be forgotten. She is surely in a better place. Rest in peace Shona.

I first met Shona at Sunnybrook Stables way back. She became a student of mine and followed me to Churchill Chimes where she met Kiwi and later purchased her. Always a determined and great rider she had a passion for everything she did. She was a remarkable young woman and brave soul. I am glad you are no longer in pain you can now ride and jump Kiwi over those big jumps that you loved to do so much. Rest in peace sweet girl.

We remember Shona from her childhood years and what a dear, sweet, intelligent and funny girl she was. We were fortunate to enjoy a number of ski and camping trips with her family. Mary, Alison, and Doug, we are mournfully sorry for your loss. Shona was very special!
