HOLZBERG, Smee Charles
Died peacefully at home in Vancouver on July 14, 2002, age 45.
Beloved son of Claire and the late Peter C. Holzberg, brother of Philip (and Sophie) of Bordeaux and Ben Mark (and Moira Holmes) of Toronto. Uncle Smee to Syd, Annie, Amélie, Max, Sam and Benjie. Survived by his partner David McMurray, and Johnson. He will be greatly missed by many, many friends and relatives. Those who knew him will never forget him for his gentleness and warmth, vitality and humour. An avid world traveller, Smee lived life to the fullest. He did it his way. Vancouver memorial will be held at Smee's home on Saturday, July 20 at 4 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Temple Sinai, Toronto, on Friday, July 26 at 11 a.m. In memory of Charles, donations may be sent to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Dr. Peter Centre at 1056 Comox St., Vancouver.
