Stephen William Andrew MACLEAN

STEPHEN WILLIAM ANDREW MACLEAN OCTOBER 31,1955 ­ FEBRUARY 15, 2010 Passed away after a courageous battle with cancer at Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga. Stephen is survived by his devoted and much loved wife of over 27 years Patricia (nee Lamontagne). Stephen was originally from Toronto, grew up in Montreal and graduated from Selwyn House ('72) and from McGill University ('79) in Mechanical Engineering. Stephen's extensive career in Information Technology incorporated his keen analytical and design skills, and love of automobiles in various executive IT positions. Stephen also leaves behind his parents Ilse MacLean and Hugh (Giovanna) MacLean, and sisters Heather (Joe) Gonzales and Carol (Ron) Lyon, along with many much loved relatives. Many thanks to the caring and supportive staff and volunteers in Oncology at Credit Valley Hospital, Dr. D. Jones, Dr. Fine, Dr. Gupta, and Dr. Digges, and Home Care nurses Grace, Agnes and Eileen, and to all our wonderful friends and family. A memorial service will be held on February 24th at 1:00 at Eden United Church (3051 Battleford Road, Mississauga). In lieu of flowers, if desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or World Wildlife Fund would be appreciated.
