Passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2011, at Carefree Lodge in Toronto at the age of 92. She was the devoted mother of Joel and Linda and Michael and Ellen. She was the cherished grandmother of Andrew and Eden, Ryann and Neil, Ashley and Dan, Romy and Jeremy, Betsy and Rob, Zac and Gillian, and Niki and Adam, and the beloved great-grandmother of Julian, Jack and Natalie. Private Funeral for family will be held in Hamilton. Shiva will be at the main floor at The Lonsdale, 625 Avenue Road, Toronto, on Thursday from 7-9 p.m., Friday from 2-4 p.m., Saturday from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday and Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Foundation would be appreciated.
