TIMOTHY ROGERS Obituary

May 2, 1940 – February 2, 2025. It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Timothy Cairn Rogers, following several months of illness. Tim is survived by his partner, Robin Allen; his children, Stephanie, Matthew, Jeffrey and Kristen; his grandchildren, Madelaine and Charlie; and his cousin, Lynn Reynolds. Tim was predeceased by his beloved mother, Cleone Gordon; and cousin, Todd Reynolds. Tim grew up in the Moore Park neighbourhood of Toronto. He and his mother lived with his uncle, aunt and cousins - Sid, Bernice, Todd and Lynn Reynolds, respectively. After attending North Toronto Collegiate Institute, he studied at Ryerson Polytechnic and later worked at IBM for 18 years. From the 1980s onward, he followed his entrepreneurial spirit. Tim was constantly working on business deals, even into his final year. Active and athletic, Tim enjoyed sailing, squash, cycling and horseback riding over the years. His last two decades were spent soaking up the sun in Scottsdale, Arizona, with his treasured partner, Robin. Known for his good nature, sense of humour and thoughtfulness, Tim leaves behind a legacy of cherished memories and love.
