Tracey SPEEDMAN Obituary

SPEEDMAN, Tracey Anne

On Monday, February 8, 2016 our dearest Tracey left us suddenly after a valiant 8 month battle with cancer.
Loved by her husband, Andy; cherished by her parents, Mary and the late Roy; by her brother and friend, Scott; by her aunt Anne; and cousins, Kate and Campbell (Guelph); and especially by her beloved children, Jamie 15 years and Jessica 13 years, whom she adored beyond measure.
She will be sorely missed by her many friends in the Cornell Community of Markham, especially Kelly E., Christine, Susannah, Dan and Kelly H., whose constant love and support sustained and strengthened her throughout her struggle.
She is hugely grieved in the school community of Willowdale Middle School where she taught happily for 18 years. Also in the hockey communities of Markham Waxers and Richmond Hill Coyotes, where she was appreciated as a fervent and loyal supporter of her son, Jamie and his teammates. At Showtime Dance Studio, she is fondly remembered as a dressing room motivator and where her daughter Jessica's impassioned dancing brought her joy and touched her soul.
Our hearts are aching at her leaving us way too soon but she touched each one of us in such a way she will never be forgotten.
A Celebration of Life will take place on Friday, February 19, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at St. John's York Mills Anglican Church (19 Don Ridge Drive, Toronto) and afterwards at the Donalda Club (12 Bushbury Drive, Don Mills).
