VERITY CARRIE

(nee Mulholland) For friends and family, there is no doubt that we lost an exceptional human being when Verity Carrie (nee Mulholland) passed away suddenly and peacefully, on March 6, 2025. To the end, Verity was enthusiastic, loving, emotionally wise and a lover of fun. She was a superb mentor - an aspirational example for us all. Born August 13, 1932, to Donald and Helen. Loving sister to Martha Sylvester (predeceased). Incredible wife of 70 years to John Carrie. The most amazing mother to four children: survived by Peter, Douglas and Michelle (Brian Scott); and predeceased by Patricia (John Balint). Very special grandmother to Brooke, Laura, Samantha, Dakota, Nyssa, Kara, Quinn, Ben, Verity and Thomas. Verity's worth and inspiration to her long list of family and friends cannot be captured by a list of accomplishments. She was one of the most loved and influential people for virtually everyone who knew her.
