Peacefully, in Toronto in her 93rd year. Born in Montreal, Quebec to the late Reverend Harry Andrews, M.B.E. E.D. and Florence Louise Andrews (nee Leman). Eldest sibling of the late Dorothy Jay, the late Basil Andrews and the late Harry Andrews. Also, predeceased by her beloved husband, Edward Robert Erskine Carter. Survived by her four children, Edward Robert Erskine Carter Jr., Christopher Carter (Jane Crockett), Jennifer Carter (Michael Cassels), Sandra Waldie, thirteen grandchildren and one great- granddaughter. Lovingly looked after by her family, the entire staff at Bradgate Arms and her caregivers Juanita, Joy and Jane. Funeral service will be held in CHRIST CHURCH DEER PARK, 1570 Yonge Street, Toronto on Friday, December 13th at 2:00 p.m., followed by a reception at THE YORK CLUB, 135 St. George Street.
