DAVEY, Victor Harold
Born September 8, 1917 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, passed away peacefully July 31, 2000 at The Lodge at Broadmead, Victoria. Vic will be lovingly remembered by his wife Olive, sons Peter (Helene) and Warren (Debra); daughters Marguerite (Bob) Ellis, Helen (Rick) Shrieves; grandchildren: Tracey (Vince) Alvernaz, Mark Suggitt, Jennifer and Jeffrey Davey, Erin, Laura and Sarah Davey, Tommy and Whitney Shrieves; great grandchildren: Jonathan and Matthew Alvernaz (Tracey) and Ashlie and Jordan Davey (Jennifer); brother Ken Davey and sister Irene Holder, as well as numerous nieces and nephews and many friends. Vic was predeceased by his parents and brother Arnold. A memorial service will be held at First Memorial Funeral Chapel, 4725 Falaise Drive, Royal Oak, on Saturday, August 5 at 12 noon.
