MACBAIN, Viola Rachel Kennedy
Of Niagara Falls, Ontario, died peacefully at her home on Friday, the 18th day of June, 1999, following a brief illness as a result of cancer. She was seventy-five years of age at the time of her death. Viola leaves behind her beloved husband, Arthur Allister MacBain, their son, John Howard MacBain, his wife, Louise Therese Blouin MacBain and their three children, Alexandra, Charles and Tara. She also leaves behind their daughter, Shelley Elizabeth Cecchin, her husband, William James Cecchin and their son, Jamie and daughter, Shannon. Viola is survived by her sister, Lillian Elaine Watson of London, Ontario, the wife of John Wesley Watson, deceased, and their son, John Edwin Watson and his wife Erma Mae Watson of St. Thomas, Ontario and their daughter, Bonnie Doreen Grose and her husband Albert Newton Grose, of London, Ontario. Viola is also survived by her sister, Verna Elizabeth Honsinger, of Tillsonburg, Ontario, the wife of Philip Mervyn Honsinger, deceased, and their son Philip John Honsinger and his wife Betty Anne Honsinger and their two children, Philip and Julie. Viola attended public school at S.S. No 10 Salem, in Blanshard Township, Ontario, and high school in St. Marys, Ontario, including Drummond Road School in Stamford Township. Visitations will take place at Hetherington and Deans Funeral Home on Victoria Avenue, Niagara Falls, on Monday, the 21st day of June, 1999, from 2:00 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service will take place at Stamford Presbyterian Church on St. Paul Street, Niagara Falls, on Tuesday, the 22nd day of June, 1999 at 11 a.m. The family would appreciate donations to the Canadian or Ontario
