Passed away peacefully and will be dearly missed by Mary his wife of 57 years; daughter, Jennifer; son-in- law, Justice Andras Schreck; much loved granddaughters, Karina and Tessa; brother-in-law, Ron Tomosk; sister-in-law, Maureen; and nephew, Steven. Don was called to the bar in 1960 and was appointed to the Provincial Court in 1969 where he served for 37 years. He was President of the Provincial Judges Association in 1981-1982. Don loved art and had a passion for painting. He loved discovering the world through travel and music. He was a kind and gentle man and we will miss him dearly. Visitation will be Monday, August 3, 2015 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at Turner and Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor Street West, Toronto. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at 11 a.m. followed by interment at Park Lawn Cemetery and a reception.
